These parts are compatible with Werner ladder ropes of various lengths, including 40 ft, 36 ft, 32 ft, 28 ft, 24 ft, 20 ft, 18 ft, and 16 ft Extension Ladders. If you have a shorter ladder, you can simply cut down the rope to fit the size you need.

When installing the aluminum fiberglass extension ladder pulley kit, it is a straightforward process. Thread the machine screw through one end of the bendable rung bracket and through the pulley assembly, ensuring it comes out of the other end of the rung bracket. Then, secure a lock nut at the bottom end of the machine screw and tighten it with a wrench to hold everything in place. It is recommended to wear gloves during installation to protect your hands.

The AC30-2 extension ladder rope has a 5/16" diameter and is compatible with Werner all aluminum and fiberglass extension ladders that have a single pulley integrated leveling system. The extension ladder pulley kit 31-12 fits perfectly with the AC30-2 extension ladder rope, but it will not work with ladders that have a double pulley system.
